BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BTGO) provides digital asset custody, self-custody wallets, staking, trading and financing to institutions. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, it began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Jan. 22, 2026, after pricing its IPO at $18 a share. Its U.S. custodian became BitGo Bank & Trust, N.A., a national trust bank, after the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency approved its conversion on Dec. 12, 2025.

On June 30, 2026, BitGo reported $65.2 billion in assets on platform, $11.9 billion in staked assets and 5,833 clients. It supported more than 1,770 digital assets at the end of 2025 and holds licences in the European Union, Singapore and Dubai. Mike Belshe is chief executive.
