Co-founder of Binance and, since December 2025, its co-CEO alongside Richard Teng. She has shaped the exchange's brand, community and user growth since its 2017 launch and has run its venture arm, Binance Labs, now YZi Labs, since 2022. Before the co-CEO appointment she was chief customer service officer. She worked with Changpeng Zhao at OKCoin before the two started Binance.
