She writes the Crypto That Works for Business series on the commercial side of cryptocurrency payments. Its first edition looked at how checkout design helps customers complete a purchase; the second, published Oct. 23, 2026, argued that payment providers should take on the tracing, refund and follow-up work behind payment exceptions, so that a merchant's support workload grows more slowly than its payment volume.
