02About.
Cloudflare runs a global edge network used for content delivery, security and developer services. For blockchain projects it offers an Ethereum gateway and an IPFS gateway that let web clients reach those networks over HTTP, and R2 object storage with no egress fees. On Sept. 25, 2025, Cloudflare announced NET Dollar, a dollar-backed stablecoin for AI-agent payments, without a launch date. Co-founder and CEO Matthew Prince is quoted in the release. A configuration-file failure on Nov. 18, 2025 caused widespread errors that, according to Cointelegraph, hit the front ends of Coinbase, Ledger, BitMEX and other crypto services.
